What would your crew pay?
Most field service apps charge by the user or by the pool. Move the slider to your team size. Prices are the vendors' own published plans[1][3].
We order stops by GPS (nearest stop next, or one direction with no doubling back) and you can drag to adjust. Jobber (Connect and up) and Housecall Pro (MAX) offer full route optimization; Housecall Pro's uses real drive time and live traffic. Both are more advanced than ours. Jobber's annual price shown is the renewal price; it runs first-year discounts for new customers. Taxes and card-processing fees are not included for anyone.

What you pay for
No per-user math, ever
Add your fifth crew member or your fifteenth. Pro stays $34.99 a month. There is no setup fee and no contract; cancel any time from the App Store, Google Play or the web.
Customers pay you directly. Your invoice and pay page show your own Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay, so the money goes straight to you and we take no cut.
What we don't do (yet)
Know this before you switch
- No built-in card processing or autopay. Customers pay you through your own payment apps.
- No QuickBooks sync and no online booking page.
- No AI phone answering.
- We are a small team with a young App Store listing (5.0 from 8 ratings). Jobber and Housecall Pro have tens of thousands.
If you need those today, Jobber or Housecall Pro is the better fit. Our Jobber comparison says where each one wins.
FAQ
Questions
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Pro is $34.99 a month (or $274.99 a year) for unlimited teammates. The free plan includes you plus 1 teammate.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card and no time limit. You get 50 job sites, 50 completed jobs, 8 invoice sends a day and 2 routes. The free plan shows ads; Pro removes them.
What happens when I reach a free limit?
The app tells you which limit you reached and offers Pro. Your customers, sites and history stay where they are.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay yearly and save 35%.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No. Customers pay you through your own Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay, shown on your invoice and pay page. You record cash and checks in the app.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Add 3 customers, 1 job site and 1 charge and every Pro feature unlocks for 14 days. No card.
Start free. Upgrade when the route is full.
