Customer away this week? Skip the clean and pick a reason. No charge is made.
Every skip and cancellation asks why: customer asked, no access, too expensive, moving. You see which homes you lost, and the reason.
Billing
Bill per clean or once a month
- Per Service: each clean adds a charge. A bi-weekly home at $140 adds $140 every visit.
- Per Month: one charge a month, for flat-rate customers.
Tap Done and the charge lands on the customer's balance. Sending invoices is a separate step, by text or email.
Customers pay you directly through your own Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay. We take no cut. Pro adds a branded pay page.

Crew mode
Cleaners see their homes and the notes for each one, like entry steps and pets. They never see prices, balances or payments.
Checklists
Each visit can carry a checklist: kitchen, baths, floors. On Pro, cleaners attach before-and-after photos to the job note.
Spanish voice notes
A cleaner records a note in Spanish. The app files it in English and keeps the audio. The first 3 are free.
Stop order
Put the day in GPS order: nearest home next, or one direction with no doubling back. Drag to adjust.
Hours and location
Paid hours come from a timesheet. Free keeps each crew day for 7 days. Pro shows live pins.

Plainly: ZenMaid Starter, at $19, costs less than our Pro. ZenMaid Pro, at $39, costs about the same as ours and adds maid tools we don't have. Jobber and Housecall Pro cost more for a team, because they price by user.
Our free plan covers 50 job sites and 50 completed jobs. That is enough to try it on a few homes. A full schedule needs Pro.

At the start, yes. ZenMaid Starter is $19 a month for up to 40 appointments. ZenMaid Pro is $39, and SMS is extra. Our Pro is $34.99 a month, or $274.99 a year. Our free plan costs nothing for up to 50 job sites.
Is there free house cleaning business software?
Yes. Our free plan needs no card and has no time limit. It covers 50 job sites, 50 completed jobs, 8 invoice sends a day and you plus 1 teammate, with ads.
Can I bill some homes per clean and others per month?
Yes. Each home is Per Service (a charge for each clean) or Per Month (one charge a month). Both work on the same schedule.

No. Cleaners see their homes and notes, never prices, balances or payments.
Can clients book online or pay by card?
