Schedules
A lawn care scheduling app built for mowing weeks
Each property gets its own schedule. Most lawns are Weekly or Bi-Weekly in season. You can also pick Every 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, Once a month, Every 2, 3 or 6 months, or Once a year. One-time jobs, like a spring cleanup, sit next to the recurring ones.
Month-based schedules know when a house is due again. A lawn you treat once a month shows as due again when its next month comes around.
Per cut or per month
Bill the way each customer pays
Every property is billed one of two ways:
- Per Service: each cut adds a charge. A weekly lawn at $45 adds $45 every time you mow it.
- Per Month: one charge a month, for customers on a flat monthly price.
You can mix both on the same route. The app keeps each customer's balance from their charges and payments.
Route days
Route days and stop order
Group your lawns into route days, like a Monday route and a Thursday route. Then put the day's stops in GPS order.
Two ways to order stops
Nearest stop next, or one direction with no doubling back. Then drag any stop to where you want it.
Core and overflow
Each house has a core route, its usual day. You can also add it as overflow on another route, for weeks when the work has to move.
Honest limits
We order stops by GPS position. We don't plan around drive time or traffic. Some paid tools do, on their higher plans.
Billing
A lawn care invoice app that bills when you tap Done
Finish a lawn and tap Done. The charge lands on that customer's balance right away, per cut or once a month. You don't type up an invoice for each visit.
Sending invoices is a separate step. Send to one customer or a batch, by text or email. The free plan sends 8 invoices a day; Pro has no limit.
Customers pay you directly. Your invoice shows your own Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay, and we take no cut. Record cash and checks in the app. Pro adds a branded pay page.
Rain days
Rain days without losing the cut
Rained out? Tap Skip, pick Weather, and add a short note. No charge is made.
A skip never moves the due date. A lawn that was due stays marked as skipped and still owed, so you can fit it in on the next dry day.
Every skip asks why: weather, no access, customer asked, and a few more. Every cancellation asks why too: too expensive, moving, hired someone else. You see which customers you lost, and the reason.
Crew mode
Your crew sees the stops, not the money
Crew members see their stops and the notes for each lawn. They never see prices, balances or payments.
Paid hours come from a timesheet. Crew GPS on the free plan keeps each crew day for 7 days, with 3 location requests a day. Pro shows live moving pins, lets you Follow a crew and keeps the full history. Pro also has route profit reports.
Bilingual crews
Spanish voice notes, filed in English
A crew member records a voice note in Spanish: "El portón estaba cerrado, no pudimos entrar atrás." The app files it in English as the right kind of entry, here a note: "Gate was locked, couldn't get into the back." It can also file payments and charges. The audio stays attached.
The first 3 voice notes are free. After that, voice notes are part of Pro.

Have a spreadsheet? Import it as a CSV file. Have a paper list or a notebook? On Pro, take a photo, upload a PDF or record a voice memo. The app builds the customers, and you review each one before it is saved.
