Pressure washing

Pressure washing business software for one-time jobs and repeat washes

Business Manager 4Home Pros is pressure washing business software for owner-operators and small crews. Send the estimate, book the wash, and tap Done to bill it. Put repeat customers on a schedule, so the next wash comes due by itself.

Why it fits

Most washes start with a quote. The steady money repeats.

A new customer usually starts with an estimate. You look at the house, the driveway or the deck, and you send a price.

Repeat work keeps a crew busy: a storefront every month, a dumpster pad every few weeks, a house wash once a year.

4Home Pros handles both. One-time jobs sit next to recurring ones on the same route day.

Estimates

Estimates your customer approves online

Write an estimate with line items, like house wash, driveway and gutters. Text it as a link. The customer opens it and approves it by typing their name.

Each estimate has a valid-through date. After that date, the old price can't be approved.

One honest limit: we don't chase unapproved estimates for you. There are no automatic quote follow-ups, so you follow up yourself.

How it works

From estimate to paid, step by step

  1. Add the customer and the property. Each property is a job site with its own notes and price.
  2. Send the estimate. The customer approves it online.
  3. Book the job. Make it a one-time job, or set it to repeat: monthly, every 3 or 6 months, or once a year.
  4. Plan the day. Put the stops in GPS order: nearest stop next, or one direction with no doubling back. Drag any stop to move it.
  5. Work the checklist. Each visit can carry a checklist, like walk-around done, surfaces washed, windows rinsed.
  6. Tap Done. The job is billed. The charge lands on the customer's balance by itself.
  7. Send the invoice. One customer or a batch, by text or email.

Before-and-after photos are on Pro. Crews attach them to the job note. Crew members never see prices, balances or payments.

Billing

A pressure washing invoice app that bills on Done

Finish the wash and tap Done. Bill it per job, or once a month for a commercial customer on a monthly price.

Sending invoices is a separate step. The free plan sends 8 invoices a day; Pro has no limit.

Customers pay you directly. Your invoice shows your own Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay, and we take no cut. Record cash and checks in the app.

Repeat customers

Turn one-time washes into a schedule

After a good job, offer a repeat wash. Set that property to repeat, like every 6 months or once a year. It comes due by itself.

On Pro, Campaigns texts everyone who is due, and AI drafts the message.

Crew record voice notes in Spanish, and the app files them in English. The first 3 are free.

What each one says it does for washers

  • Jobber follows up on unapproved quotes and lets crews capture before-and-after photos[5].
  • GorillaDesk follows up on quotes and puts customers on card autopay through Stripe or Square[6]. See 4Home Pros vs GorillaDesk.
  • Housecall Pro offers multi-option estimates, one-time and recurring washes, and online booking[7].
  • QuoteIQ was co-founded by a former pressure washing business owner. Its trial needs a card[4].

Honest fit

When to pick something else

  • You win most jobs from quotes and want automatic follow-ups. Jobber[5] and GorillaDesk[6] do this.
  • You want deposits or card payments. Jobber takes online approvals with deposits[5]. We have no card processing.
  • Customers should book and pay online[7]. We have no booking page.
  • You price by square foot inside the app. We don't; you type the price.
  • You need QuickBooks sync. We don't have it.

Our App Store listing is young: 5.0 from 8 ratings. We are a small team.
